Standard Delivery - Delivery within the following time frames based upon your earliest date of delivery:
East/Southeast/Midwest: 7-10 Business Days
Northeast/Southwest/West: 10-15 Business Days
Northwest: 15-21 Business Days
Straight Delivery - Delivery to your destination immediately, based upon your earliest date of delivery. Cost varies upon pickup location and destination.
Storage - We offer climate controlled, 24-hr. secured storage with video surveillance. Your items are inventoried to prevent loss, carefully crated, and sealed until you're ready for delivery at your destination.
Packing/Unpacking - Your crew will have just about every type of box known to man should you require an item be packed by us. Please understand for your item's protection we must require certain items be packed appropriately. Items which contain glass or are fragile by design must be boxed. This includes mattresses, electronics, porcelain items, etc. Thick blankets for padding sturdy furniture is included in your quote at no extra charge. Boxes, tape, bubble wrap, shrink wrap, etc. are based on a per box/per roll/per foot charge, respectively.
Insurance - We are a federally licensed motor carrier licensed to operate out of all 48 contiguous states. Our trucks and warehouses are fully insured. Valuation ($ 0.60 per lb. per article) is included at no additional cost for assurance that your items will arrive as they were originally shipped. Supplemental Insurance is available for more peace of mind, ask your sales rep. for more details.

LONG CARRY: FIRST 75 FT. INCLUDED, EACH ADD’L 75 FT. IS $.25 PER CU.FT.
HOLDING FEES (UNSCHEDULED WAITING): $75 PER HR., $350 PER NIGHT *DRIVER WILL GIVE 12-24 HR. PRIOR NOTICE

CLAIM FILING PROCEDURES:
Bravo Moving is pleased to provide you with moving and storage solutions during your relocation process. We anticipate that every move go smoothly, however there are occasions when damage, loss, or other service related issues may arise. In those events, we would like you to be aware of the following Claim Filing Procedures:
- All claims for loss, damage, delay, overcharge, or other service issues must be filed in writing with our home office, within the statute of limitations prescribed in your Bill of Lading.
- Claims must include your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address), job number, date of move, location moving from and to, an itemized list of loss, damage, or service issues, and the amount sought for each item. Claims must also include a copy of your Bill of Lading, as well as supporting documentation of the loss/damage claimed (photos, repair estimates, receipts, etc.), and must be signed by the shipper/client.

- Upon receipt of a written claim, you will recieve written acknowledgement of the claim within 30 days, which will include the Claim Number assigned to your claim.
- Following that, your claim will be decided with in 120 days of receipt of a fully completed Claim Form with all documentation, based on the coverage rate chosen for your move. In the event a claim cannot be finalized by that time, written documentation of the updated status will be sent to you at that time.

ARBITRATION:
Summary of dispute settlement program: Our neutral arbitration program has been designed to give neither the carrier nor the shipper any special advantage. If a dispute arises between the carrier and the shipper, arbitration may be mutually beneficial alternative to help resolve the dispute. Section 49 U.S.C. Section 375.211 provides that a mover must have a program in place to provide shippers with an Arbitration alternative. Arbitration is optional and not required under Federal Law. Cost of the Arbitration program shall remain the client’s responsibility. 1. Summary of the arbitration process: Arbitration is an alternative to courtroom litigation. It provides each party to the dispute to present their cases and allows a neutral third party arbitrator to make decisions as to the merits of each side’s case. 2. Applicable Costs: Each party is responsible for their own costs associated with arbitration. A benefit to the arbitration alternative MAY be that it is less expensive than traditional litigation. Each party is responsible for 50% of the costs associated with securing the arbitrator and 100% of their own expenses, including but not limited to attorney fees. 3. Legal Effects: If the arbitration alternative is chosen, then any decision made by the arbitrator may be binding. Additionally, an arbitration decision may not be appealed in a court of law. There any many arbitration programs available at multiple locations throughout the U.S. We are authorized to use and recommend BBB Arbitration Services.
